By 2000, Reba Place Fellowship had the opportunity to extend the ministry of affordable housing into the Rogers Park neighborhood by partnering with their sister congregation, Living Water Community Church .  The need for affordable housing in Rogers Park became the catalyst to purchase property, and Reunion Property Management was formed to oversee its service to the neighborhood.

In addition to property management services, Reunion Property Management provides project management services, property inspection services, janitorial and maintenance services, and snow removal services, including plowing.  These services have provided common work opportunities for community members as well as jobs for people seeking employment in the neighborhood.

Reunion Property Management focuses on three areas of management.  The first is working with the owners and directors of non-profit associations, defining goals, determining priorities, and enacting policies on behalf of the welfare of the entire property.  The second is financial management of the properties income and expenses through vendor management, collecting monthly assessments, paying bills, and reporting this activity to the officers of the association.  The third area of management is focused upon the physical property.  This includes determining preventative maintenance schedules and procedures as well as arranging for and supervising response maintenance and routine maintenance, including janitorial and landscaping maintenance.

Reunion Property Management serves Edgewater, Evanston and Rogers Park.  RPM manages commercial and residential properties.  Residential properties include RPF buildings, condominium associations, and privately owned rental properties.  Rental properties at present include studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments.
